May 20 is fast approaching. Your Damn Yankees member premium tickets have been sent. While we wait for the big show, we can collectively damn the Yankees together!

Though, maybe all those pinstripe-wearing guys aren’t so bad. Take Mel Stottlemyer for example. This former Yankee player was called up midseason in 1964. He went 9-3 from the mound, helping the Yankees to their fifth consecutive pennant. After retiring due to injury, Stottlemyer began his coaching career as a roving instructor for the Mariners in 1977.

Stottlemyer will join us for the matinee performance and post performance party. First, lets get to know Mel a little better.

Stay tuned for more Stottlemyer facts.
